What Deliverables Does HosScans Provide?
HosScans provides complete documentation packages, including: • As-built floor plans and elevations • Graphic site plans with surrounding features • Downloadable point cloud files (.e57, .rcs, etc.) • Virtual 3D walkthroughs for remote access
Can you scan exteriors and landscapes too?
Yes! We scan building interiors, exteriors, facades, and surrounding site areas like hardscape, topography, and vegetation.
Do I Need To Be Present During The Scan?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the site, we can work independently but we’re always happy to walk it with you if preferred.
Can I Use Your Scans With Revit, AutoCAD, or SketchUp?
Absolutely! We provide files that are compatible with the most common design software.
Do You Work With Historic Buildings?
Yes! We’re passionate about preservation and provide non-invasive, detail rich scans that help support restoration work.
