Architectural 3D Modeling (As-Is Conditions)
We use Rhino3D to produce accurate architectural 3D models, built directly from LiDAR point cloud data. These models represent existing conditions and are suitable for a variety of professional use cases, including design reference, feasibility studies, coordination, visualization, and documentation.

Model Development
Our team will then go ahead and build your 3D model or develop visualization scenes from our verified point cloud data, depending on exactly which 3D rendering services you're looking for.

Quality Review
Once we've produced the models, we'll check them carefully against the source data. If we've created renderings, we'll also review these for accuracy and visual quality before we move on.
